The Stupid Law : Scarlett's body lying in UK mortuary for 3yrs, CBI nod awaited

Three years after the mysterious death of Scarlett Keeling on a Goa beach, the body of the British teenager is still lying in a mortuary in the UK as her family awaits a CBI nod for her last rites.


Wow how stupid a law can be imagine a family whose daughter has been raped and then killed by someone 3 years back is still waiting approval of CBI  nod to release the body  lies with the investigating agency.


The body of Scarlett has been since lying in Devon County mortuary with the Coroner''s office in the UK. In such cases, the victim''s family has no right to seek release of the body and the onus lies on the prosecution to issue a no-objection certificate which has not been done in the case so far.

The CBI is unwilling to come on record on the matter.

It has been a long wait for the victim''s family especially the mother. Sources close to the family claimed that the CBI team was requested informally to release the body but "no one was willing to take a decision".

"Many postmortems have been conducted but the investigating agency is still unable to take a stand whether they want to keep the body or not," the sources alleged.

Well i don't know how many yearsssssssssssssssss will CBI take to resolve

Bombay court likely to decide date for verdict in Kasab case : For God sake end this drama.

he case relating to confirmation of death sentence awarded to Pakistani terrorist Ajmal Kasab for his role in 26/11 terror attacks is in its final stages with the Bombay high court likely to fix tomorrow the date for delivering the verdict.

On January 7, arguments concluded in the case following which Justice Ranjana Desai and Justice RV More reserved order and kept the matter for directions on February 7.

The judges are likely to pronounce the date for the verdict when case comes up tomorrow, high court sources said.

Along with the verdict on confirmation of death penalty, the hight court would also give judgment on an appeal filed by Kasab against his conviction and also on the appeal filed by Maharashtra government against acquittal of co-accused Faheem Ansari and Sabauddin Ahmed in the same case.

Arguments on these matters began on October 17 last and were heard on a day-to-day basis by the court except for brief periods during Diwali and Christmas holidays.

For the first time, a video conference link was put up in the court for hearing appeals. Cameras were installed in court room no 49 to enable Kasab hear proceedings from jail.

For God's sake please end this drama ASAP & announce the harshest of punishment available in law to this Demon. I am afraid even after the verdict will be announced by the higher court, it will again be appealed in the Supreme Court and then after years of unnecessary wastage of time & Indian money nothing will happen.
People of India should unite to stop this delay in the judgement.

SM Krishna reads Portuguese minister's speech at UN: What a Mockery??????

External affairs minister S M Krishna was caught in a public gaffe when he inadvertently read out the speech of the Portuguese minister at a UN Security Council meeting here but rectified the error after an Indian official drew his attention.

Speaking at the United Nations Security Council at a debate on security and development yesterday, Krishna read out the wrong speech for about three minutes before being corrected by India's envoy to the UN Hardeep Singh Puri. 

Krishna read Portuguese foreign minister Luis Amado's speech, without realising his mistake, apparently because the first portion related to general issues pertaining to the UN, development and security. 

But a few lines did go out of place. "On a more personal note, allow me to express my profound satisfaction regarding the happy coincidence of having two members of the Portuguese Speaking Countries (CPLP), Brazil and Portugal, together here today," was one of them. 

Krishna could have said this thinking it fit because Brazil holds the current presidency of the Security Council. 

"The European Union is also responding in this manner in coordination with the United Nations," he said, before Puri intervened. 

"You can start again," Puri told Krishna following the faux pas. 

The Portugal minister had already spoken before India. Krishna is here on a two-day visit to push India's agenda for Security Council reforms.

Discrimination.

Was walking in the street last night with few friends, just saw few marathi people are hitting a guy for just a reason that he is from UP or in more sophisticated words he was a "bhiyya",He was being punished for no reason and few men who were highly drunked  had a power to fuck anybody's ass just because of the reason that they are marathi or they are from mumbai but if anybody who comes from other state and work hard to earn his respect and money to run his family down there, kilometers away from him get a ill treatment like this from his following countrymen.

Wow great media states that Indian face racism in Australia, what about these inter-state discrimination,No one is bothered about it.

We are real educated illiterates in this modern world who fight for those thing which are wrong within us and want to change the world without even thinking of rectifying ourselves.

                              Its required to be optimistic as a human being because “to achieve something in life you must first believe it that I can do it” so to think positive is the key here.

                                                 But we need to realize one thing in life is that optimization should not be unrealistic what I am trying to say here is that, If you want to be “Jack Welch” you must know where are you right by comparing where he was at that point of time so by your present comparison you will make out few things and then actually you will understand where are you lacking and that’s a base to achieve something which you are looking out for.
